To ensure timely and successful completion of services, clients must:

  2. Respond to approval requests and queries promptly.
  3. Supply necessary materials, such as content, branding assets, or access credentials.
  4. Settle payments as per agreed timelines.

4. Payment Terms

  1. Full payment is required upfront before work begins.
  2. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, NEFT, and RTGS.
  3. Payment delays will result in project delays and may incur additional fees.

5. No Refund Policy

6. Service-Specific Terms

Development Services

  • Any changes to the project scope after initiation may incur additional costs.
  • Final deliverables will be provided as per the agreed timeline; delays due to client-side issues will not be our responsibility.

SEO Services

  • Results are not guaranteed due to variables like search engine algorithm changes and competition.
  • Clients must provide accurate business information for local SEO and directory listings.

Online Marketing Services

  • Ad campaign performance depends on platform algorithms and market conditions.
  • Clients must approve ad creatives and budgets before campaigns are launched.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content and deliverables created by us remain the property of WTF Digital Technologies Private Limited until full payment is received.
  • After payment, intellectual property rights for deliverables are transferred to the client unless otherwise specified in the contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for losses or damages arising from third-party service providers, platform outages, or unforeseen events.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  1. The client violates these terms.
  2. The client engages in fraudulent activities.
  3. Payments are not completed as per the agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
